This project transformed an unfinished lower level into a fully built-out basement, complete with framed rooms, a new bathroom, and a large finished living area. The work included full framing, insulation, electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, and trim throughout. A custom tile shower with glass doors and modern fixtures was added, along with luxury vinyl flooring in the bathroom and plush carpeting in the main space. The ceiling was finished with a clean panel system and accented with stained beams and recessed lighting, creating a bright, warm, and functional extension of the home.
