This project involved a full renovation of the existing wood deck, which had deteriorated, weathered boards and an aging railing system. The scope of work included removing the old decking and railings, preparing the structure, and installing new composite deck boards along with a modern vinyl-and-aluminum railing system. The completed installation provides a clean, low-maintenance deck surface with significantly improved appearance, durability, and overall outdoor usability.
