This project involved structural and flooring repairs to the existing barn to restore stability and create a safe, usable surface. The scope of work included removing deteriorated and broken flooring sections, replacing rotten or failed structural beams, and re-organizing and re-using existing aged lumber where appropriate to match the character of the original structure. New 2x8 tongue-and-groove flooring was installed across the repaired area, providing a solid, uniform, and durable finished surface while preserving the barn’s historic appearance.
