This multi-stage exterior renovation involved transforming a failing, overgrown patio area into a clean, level, and fully redesigned outdoor space. The project began with removing the deteriorated landscaping, walls, and uneven patio surfaces, then rebuilding the entire footprint to proper grade. New block retaining walls were installed to establish solid structure and clean edges, followed by the placement of roughly 30 tons of compacted stone to create a stable, well-drained base. Once prepped, the area was finished with 12 yards of stamped concrete poured in a Roman Slate pattern, providing a durable, low-maintenance surface with a high-end look. The final result is a massive, refreshed patio that blends seamlessly into the yard and dramatically enhances the usable outdoor living space.
