This project involved a full renovation of the apartment, including a complete bathroom remodel and a comprehensive facelift throughout the remaining living spaces. The bathroom was fully gutted and rebuilt with new plumbing, a new bathtub and surround, updated fixtures, modern lighting, fresh drywall, and new flooring.

Across the rest of the apartment, the scope of work included installing new appliances, updating the kitchen with new cabinetry, backsplash, and countertops, applying fresh interior paint, and replacing all flooring with modern, low-maintenance materials. The finished renovation transformed the unit into a clean, modern, and functional living space.
