This project involved a full renovation of Apartment #3, transforming a heavily dated unit into a clean, modern, and functional living space. The scope included removing old wallpaper, outdated finishes, and worn flooring throughout the apartment. All walls and trim were repaired, refinished, and freshly painted to create a neutral, updated interior.

The bathroom underwent a complete remodel, including the removal of old tile and fixtures and the installation of a new tub/shower unit, vanity, toilet, modern lighting, and luxury vinyl plank flooring.

The kitchen was fully upgraded with new cabinetry, countertops, subway tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, updated lighting, and new flooring. Mechanical and electrical updates were made as needed to support the modern layout and fixtures.

The completed renovation delivers a bright, contemporary apartment with improved functionality, updated systems, and cohesive finishes throughout, significantly enhancing both comfort and appeal.
