This project consisted of a full renovation of Apartment #1, transforming an outdated unit into a modern, open-concept living space. One of the key upgrades included removing an interior wall in the kitchen to create a more spacious, functional layout and improve the flow between rooms.

The renovation scope included updating the kitchen with all-new cabinetry, countertops, subway tile backsplash, appliances, lighting, and flooring. Throughout the rest of the apartment, old carpeting, paneling, wallpaper, and outdated finishes were removed. New luxury vinyl plank flooring, fresh paint, upgraded lighting, and trim updates were installed to modernize every room.

The bathroom received a complete facelift with a new vanity, toilet, tub/shower unit, LVP flooring, updated lighting, and refreshed finishes.

The completed project delivers a bright, modern apartment with improved layout, updated systems, and a clean, cohesive design throughout.
