This project consisted of a full renovation of Apartment #2, transforming an outdated unit into a clean, modern living space. The scope began with removing dated wood paneling, worn wallpaper, aged flooring, and failing fixtures throughout the apartment. The bathroom underwent a complete gut renovation, including new plumbing fixtures, a modern tub/shower unit, updated vanity and toilet, new lighting, fresh drywall, and luxury vinyl plank flooring.

The kitchen was fully redesigned with new cabinetry, countertops, subway tile backsplash, modern appliances, and updated electrical and lighting. All living areas received new paint, trim repairs, updated lighting, and new LVP flooring for a consistent and contemporary look. The result is a completely refreshed apartment with improved functionality, efficiency, and aesthetic appeal.
